The travel distance limit is 300KM per day. Additional travel distance will be charged at RM0.50 per KM. The travel distance limit is not calculated if the rental exceeds 3 days.

The minimum rental period is 1 day for Selangor or surrounding areas. The minimum rental period for out of state is 2 days.

The deposit will be refunded if the vehicle is returned in good condition without any summons and damage.

Only renters with a valid driving license are allowed to drive throughout the rental period. Any damage is the sole responsibility of the renter

The renter is prohibited from using the vehicle for any criminal activities and violations of Malaysian law. In the event of an incident, we will cooperate with the authorities to assist in the investigation.

All traffic/parking summonses (if any) are the responsibility of the renter. A fine of RM300 will be imposed if the renter fails to pay the summons within the specified period after we send the notification.

For long-term rentals, the renter is responsible for returning the car to our nearest branch if the car needs servicing. We reserve the right to charge a fine of RM1.00 for each KM after 500 KM beyond the service limit.

If the renter is involved in an accident and requires an insurance claim for repairs, or full settlement, the renter will be charged a minimum fine of RM2000 (depending on the vehicle model) to cover management costs.

We reserve the right to terminate the rental immediately if the renter is found to be in breach of the above conditions
